The following duties/responsibilities of Electrical/ES Officers are appended below:-

Dy CEE/ES(Electrical Services)

  1. He will be overall incharge of Electrical Services and Telecommunication.
  2. Responsiblefor maintaining power supply, lighting, Communication System in DMW premises.
  3. Planning and monitoring of material and WP, M&P, Work Closing Report, Budget for Electrical and Telecommunication Services
  4. He will be over all (Electrical + Non-Electrical) coordinator of Energy Conservation measures adoption and Monitoring, Reporting.
  5. All corresponding with PSPCL related to Power Supply.
  6. Monitoring the execution of contractual work of Electrical Services and S&T
  7. All Personnel Establishment matters of employees belonging to Electrical Services and Telecommunication.
  8. Deal the court cases and arbitration related to ES and S&T.
  9. Compliance of the Railway Board letters and higher official inspection notes and meetings agendas, Staff Council reply.
  10. Any work assigned by higher officers.
  11. Implementation of all ISO,s..

WEE (Sh.Bipan Kumar Sharma)

  1. He will be responsible for maintain Power Supply and Communication in DMW complex.
  2. Procurement and monitoring the material/spare parts for maintenance of Electrical installations under Electrical Services.
  3. Processing of work proposal, M&P, budget, detail estimate and monitoring the executing of contractual works under ES.
  4. Implementation of Energy Conservation measures and Monitoring and Reporting including Solar Power Generation and coordination of electrical conservation of energy.
  5. Deal issues related to PSPCL.
  6. All personnel establish matters on his level.
  7. Compliance of the higher official’s inspection notes and instructions.
  8. Any other work assigned time to time by higher officials.

AEE-I (Sh.Kulwinder Singh)

  1. He will be in charge of MRS(Main Receiving Station) and RAC Section responsible for maintenance and upkeep of MRS, Electrical substations, power supply, lighting arrangement and other associated assets in Workshop and Administrative Building.Also responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all RAC installation of DMW Complex including RA and Camp Office New Delhi.
  2. Planning and procurement of spare parts for Electrical installation (Workshop and Administrative Building) and RAC installation.
  3. All personal establishment matters of staff working in MRS and RAC sections.
  4. Responsible for planning and execution of new works contracts, preparation of estimates, drawing, schedule of works, technical specifications etc. related to MRS and RAC sections.
  5. Updating of ISO documents and compliance of PAT cycle.
  6. Energy Conservation,its monitoring and reporting.
  7. Timely submission of completion reports.
  8. Any other work assigned by higher officers

AEE-II (Sh.Shyam Sunder)

  1. Maintenance and upkeep of power supply, lighting arrangement and electrical installation of Colony area, water and sewerage pumps including workshop and Camp Office at Tilak Bridge New Delhi.
  2. Planning and procurement of materials/spares for maintenance of electrical installations, water pumps and sewage pumps under his jurisdiction,
  3. All personal establishment matters of the staff working in S&T and Colony Maintenance (E) section.
  4. Electric consumption for power supply to all DMW consumers.
  5. Responsible for planning for new works, preparation of estimates, technical specifications, drawings, schedule of works and execution of new works contracts etc. for DMW Colony area, Camp Office at Tilak Bridge, New Delhi and water supply installation of DMW complex.
  6. Timely submission of completion reports.
  7. Energy conservation,it’s monitoring and reporting.
  8. To look after the work of ASTE in addition to his on duties.
  9. Any other work assigned by higher officials.
